The Center seeks to address Africa’s development challenges by focusing on African solutions to African problems on the following four strategic pillars:
Cultural issues: What is, should be, the role of African cultures in shaping the development and governance debate for African solutions to African problems?
Governance issues: Are the models of government and governance, which most of African countries are trying to operate appropriate for the African and Africa?
Economic issues: How does Africa effectively address the issue of closing the development and economic gap that exist between most of African countries and other world regions?
Environmental issues: Do we owe it to ourselves and the next generation to conserve the environment, so that we can bequeath our children in a sustainable Africa that benefits all?
Climate Change issues: Do we involve ourselves and implement sensitive climate change policies, projects, legislations and activities in Africa?
Conflict issues: Can we undertake research and facilitate conflict resolution efforts between various interest groups in Africa?
